The Italtex trend on colours and fabrics for Menswear Spring/Summer 2025 contains the bases for planning your new collection: colour trends, complete fabric trend for men's wear fabrics - woven, knitted, jacquard - pictures on fabric usage suggestions and description of the key elements of each theme.

OCHRE SHADES WITH LINEN

Shetland-style look for very light t-shirts in precious jaspé or space-dyed yarns in warm ochre tones. Fake plains in small structures for lightweight blazers and fading stripes on linen twill. Patchwork pattern for checkerboard designs in double plain weave and asymmetric checks for vintage-taste plain-weave jackets in linen. An ethnic jacquard in yellow ochre and reddish brown with rustic yarns.

RUSTIC SURFACES

Raw colours for rustic and sports looks. Light terry-cloth knit and fine micro-modal ribbing in dim, dirty ice tones match a lightweight viscose/nylon jersey with a blurred fil coupé pattern. Heavyweight resin-coated cotton twill for a casual jacket to pair with a stretch cotton/polyester whose rough chequered pattern recalls peeling walls. Light khaki-tone jacquard weave that creates irregular surfaces also thanks to a slubbed cotton yarn. Primordial colour combinations for the stripes of a wide-ribbed knit and a tricot with moliné yarns.

LIGHT BLUE FROM THE SKY

Subtle veils create light blue shades in the summer skies. Youthful cotton/lyocell melange sweaters and tweed-like effect knit in wool/cotton/viscose with silk knops. Clean-looking, simple structures in viscose/polyester for very light blue fabrics. Oxford-style stripes for the functional nylon-stretch polo. Double plain weave jacquards alternate thick ivory weft yarns with plain sky blue grounds.
